それでも、全然へなった熟れ感ではないし、小熟れたタンニンとカベルネの甘草、少しジャミー、メルローのプルーン、サンジョベーゼの香も、それそれ1/3のセパージュがしっかり調和している。

It is simply amazing how well this wine has held up for 20 years considering it’s a Zinfandel. There is still plenty of fruit and structure. Some of the fruit is muted, but the color was on point and still pretty clear. — 5 years ago

First scents: dried fig, raisins, prune, vanilla, run, barrel, woods, brown sugar.
Second note: beef, bacon, red flowers, nutmeg, dried tomatoes, black olives, cloves, red cabbage, spices. Good complexity.
