Rocky nose. Not much fruit. Medium acid and body with medium/high tannin. Very interesting. — 6 years ago
Very oaky nose along with pretty black cherry, licorice, spice and menthol. Aromatic big man that wood. Palate is dense and sweet with nice balance and texture. Good 2012 volume and amplitude. Compact. Nice mineral finish. Give it 3-5 years for oak to integrate on nose. It has on palate which is nice now. — 7 years ago

Had not heard of this producer, but selected it based on the excellent 1996 vintage. Fantastic. Vibrant fruit, great acidity. Got better and better as it opened up. — 11 years ago

This one is a blueberry bomb, but in the best way possible! Perfectly extracted. Could easily be used to bridge Cali Pinot drinkers into the world of Burgundy. Damn good! — 13 years ago

Definitely on its last legs, but there's still life in this bottle. Sweet cherries and raspberries with a caramel sweetness to it. Drinking a part of history. — 8 years ago
bigger than expected for a gamay- medium to full body with bright juicy cherry & anise - having it with steak tonight, should be perfect — 10 years ago
Balanced, slightly sweet but with a dry finish. Great value for a delicious BC rosé — 10 years ago

Awesome 14% local blend from a small producer near Lake Garda in Italy. I'm still trying to source more of this stuff, in Dublin. — 13 years ago
