Austere, extreme minerality, like chewing pebbles and marble. Grapefruit and herbal notes. Great acidity. Very long finish full of tension and focus. So tight and unforgiving at the moment, needs several years in the cellar. Very powerful and full of promise. — 8 years ago

This stuff is fantastic. Such a brilliant balance of piercing acidity and complex sweetness. Prominent lychee with soft rosewater beneath. It’s luscious but not at all cloying. One sip lingers endlessly on the palate. — 7 years ago
