Good but very cherry. — 6 months ago
The 2021 Cornas Granit 60 is a terrific result from this challenging vintage. Slightly reductive at first, swishing the glass gradually unlocks a red-fruited profile. Leafy undertones, forest floor and cured meat elements add more contrast. Medium-bodied, concentrated and remarkably refreshing, the 2021 finishes on a savory note. Nice spice, great Syrah. — 2 months ago
Fragrant and elegant. Smooth mouthfeel- and an intriguingly long finish. Last drops - a few hours later tasting better more nuanced than the first. Lots of life left - really nice. — 3 months ago

From one of the absolute best sites in Chassagne, the ‘22 vintage and third vintage from Theo Dancer is expectedly superb, and the sunny and impeccably located La Romanée vineyard is profoundly textural, satiny and incisive with a particularly citrusy profile with freshly baked bread and chalky minerality. This is of course, still very young and is without a doubt built to age. — 5 months ago
17. As it should be, but not more. Hope next bottle more exciting. — 7 months ago
Lived up to all expectations. Beautiful balance, nose and structure. Crisp stone fruits, slight mineral, hint of pineapple at end. Love it — 2 years ago
Back dating our reviews as we’ve been to this (excellent) restaurant twice in the past three days!
Superb seafood and this Chablis was the perfect accompaniment.
👏 to Michael the resident Sommelier for the selection.

Très bon meursault bien sec et assez long — 5 months ago
2022 vintage. Not quite as integrated as the same vintage Meursault VV offering. This has more overt focus on citrus fruit currently. Feel like this wine just needs 6 months to tie up some loose ends and then it'll be a no-brainer. That citrus fruit will still feature, just not as prominently. 05.23.25. — 7 months ago
