Dry, dark fruit with a nice, smooth finish — 5 months ago
Phenomenal! Dark plum base but layers of exhiberant and concentrated small dark berries and red fruit jump from the glass, but all enveloped in deep, complex earthy tones. Palate is insane, minerality and acidity are tingling, almost sparking on the sides of the mouth, mingling with the very fine lively tannins. So much pleasure without sacrificing any seriousness — 6 months ago

2003 bottle in 2023 is already a bit weak, although settled and mature has its elegance, and softened expression of CdP — 4 months ago
A delightful wine. — 5 months ago
Wednesday random cellar pick. Good. Was expecting some sharpness but there was none. Super smooth and enjoyable. This is the easy drinking kind of wine I like to pair with Italian food. — 6 months ago

I had the 2013 and was so worried that it would be terrible due to the challenges with that vintage. But this was YUM! Dried strawberry and lavender. Delightful. Aged well. — 4 months ago
2020 drinking very well after a short decant - beautiful full body with a very persistent finish. Dark fruits, cassis, smoke and mineral / iron accents - great quality relative to the price — 5 months ago
Plums, smoke, cherries. Nice and full and bold. — 8 months ago
Luscious.. ♥️♥️♥️ — 10 months ago
$15 closeout & feels like theft! Inky massive, voluptuous wafting tons of dense black fruit, brooding, white pepper, game, bit feral, had a bit more nuance than many garden variety Shiraz. Very broad across the middle, generous ripe black fruit & pepper, decent balance, little clumsy & provincial, but definitely enjoyable. — 10 months ago
