My first Joshua Cooper wine - had to check out the Young Winemaker of the year for 2020 awarded by Gourmet Wine Traveller magazine. Joshua has recently turned 32. This wine was quite rich and dense and a little closed aromatically - obviously quite young. Ripe plum, rose petals, with a little vegetal matter. - a big future ahead. Joshua has had wide experience with Australian wineries and in Burgundy with Domaine de la Vougeraie and Domaine Jean-Jacques Confuron. This wine from the cool climate Macedon Ranges with high profile neighbours like Bindi and Curly Flat. — 5 years ago

Good Pinot with balance and constrained fruit. Drinks nicely right after opening. — 7 years ago
C’est très bon mais un poil trop puissant pour moi. Belle évolution mais le vin a encore une longue vie devant lui — 8 years ago

Sweet and not smokey or Petey. Rhonda loves it. Harper Seldin gave us a 10 year old bottle. — 7 years ago
Very nice for a 2015 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. May be better to hold for a couple years. — 8 years ago
Courtney Benham is no longer only sourcing fruit from RRV for this one. And I think this is one of the best chardonnay he and Bill have made yet. Fruit was bright and uplifting, including the classic flavors of green apple skin and pear, but undertones of pineapple and lemon. The acid was on point, the flavor balance was on point, and the oak usage was subtle, leaving only a soft trace of vanilla cream. $15? Get outta here. — 8 years ago
