Beautiful. Energetic with a beautiful texture and richness. Lively minerality and persistence on the back end. Really enjoyable bottle. — 9 years ago
Bright and buoyant this is woodsy and resinous but bright and taut with red fruit; pomegranate, red cherries, cinnamon bark, dried orange peels all combine to great effect -an elegant expression of Les Serpentières. — 9 years ago

Is Chablis my desert island wine? Maybe... — 12 years ago
Infanticide already drinkable but will be great in 5 to 10 years. White flowers, tangy acidity, great structure, citrus fruit and oyster shells. Balanced, suave, Superb long finish. A super les preuses. — 8 years ago
Steely, crisp, medium bodied, a bit tart and dry. Good pairing with creamy pasta, pizza, fish stew. — 8 years ago

2014/3/8@好喝的勃艮第![勝利] — 12 years ago
Fairly rich and modern but still shows its Chablis terroir. Very les clos in style. Massive frame of rich stone fruit followed by textbook oyster shell. Subtle hints of verbena and fresh mandarin orange. This may have very well been my favorite Chablis of the evening. Everyone called it grand cru Chablis blond — 7 years ago
Aloha Champagne Fridays (this is the inaugural occasion). This is superb for around $20. The label lets your know this is dry all the way. 100% Chardonnay. Yellow apples and light caramel notes. Friends who take my reviews seriously (should proceed with caution) might prefer the Grüner Brut (Szigeti from Austria) from a little while back at this price point. But this is darn good. — 8 years ago

Delish! Steak wine for the new world order. — 9 years ago
Very pretty and consistent with the house style. I will say that I did not find it particularly Grand Cru. Never developed much length or complexity, though I can at least say it didn't feel manipulated and was a pure expression of Chablis. But 2014, I hoped for more? — 9 years ago
Great wine! Best part is the smooth, full-bodied finish that does not fall off. — 10 years ago

The last bottle of my 2012 Vosne Romanée from Alain Hudelot Noëllat and its a wonderful show that it manage to put up. Like a grand dame in its golden years bit with a hell of a spirit its displaying evolving characters of dried strawberries, rose petals, blood orange and menthol that is backed up by a prominent choir of nutmeg, clove, truffles, wet stones and forrest floor. Fresh palate with very present but smooth tannins, an expansive palate as the encore slowly fades out in a very respectful and balanced finish.
Day 2 tasting and its pumped up, more nuanced, defined and dresses up to its teeth in elegance. The last bottle of six will leave its mark for sure. Divine! — 6 years ago
