Cherries and ripe raspberries, light, well-balanced. — 6 years ago
Minerality, river rocks, salinity, apricot, orchard fruit, grape fruit. Some spice on the palette, nutmeg perhaps. Peach in the finish. High acid, lighter medium body. Beautifully well-balanced and delightful. — 6 years ago
Wow, now this is the best Rose I have had yet this summer! Strawberry and watermelon greatness. — 7 years ago
Wow, great, nice middle taste like warm and full body. — 3 years ago
Prieure Saint-Hippolyte - Languedoc - Blanc
50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier, 25% Vermentino
Nice fresh fruit, dry, Peach, pear, floral, wax, stones.
Not the biggest, baddest, longest aging wine ever, but... a very well made Languedoc Blanc to be enjoyed now, under $15.
Guessing 11-12.5% ABV (label range 11-14), went nicely with an omelette dinner.

One of my favorite whites, medium price, mineral-ey taste, good sauvignon white. — 5 years ago
WoW what a good one ! Mineral and fruity nose at once : lemon, white flowers, a bit of crushed rocks with too. Superb. The palate is well balanced with a sheer acid backbone and some nice texture and grip all along. Lemon is there to play its part. Long finish with lemon and rocks. A sancerre that plays in the Chablis league ! Love it — 5 years ago

Typical Rosé nose, slightly darker in color, more body than many Rosé- dry with a touch of sweetness, some strawberry, maybe peach and a hint of grapefruit. Some minerality and acidity. Pretty good! Took to the Arena’s in Staten Island. — 4 years ago
Picked up this 6 Euro bottle a few weeks back & paired with Italian tonight. Still trying to learn what it is I’m smelling and tasting... — 6 years ago
Simple and savory, light in body but meaty in flavor. Easy to drink, would go well with most foods! — 6 years ago
