What a treat! Crisp, not acidic, fantastically easy drinking. Variety of apple notes, green & gold. Mild floral. Paired with rosemary crackers and aged white cheddar. — 6 years ago
The aroma is very average, but the mineral volume elevates it to an excellent wine. Unlike most Aligote it feels like it comes from a serious terroir. The fruit purity trails those of Fichet, Arnaud Ente and Chevillon. — 7 years ago

Fresh and floating! — 9 years ago
I have always liked Fichets wines but lately I have felt they lack a bit of energy. This however is really nice. A more focused style of Chassagne that I really enjoy. Not a grand wine but very good. — 6 years ago
Mineral rich, much more concentrated than average 2016. Not as resonant as Arnaud Ente or Fichet and not as transparent as Colin-Morey and Roulot, but more dynamic than most other Chassagne producers. It still does not fly effortlessly the way best wines do and bit on the conservative side. — 6 years ago
Booya! Best of the 05s I’ve had boys. — 7 years ago

Vintage 2016 — 6 years ago
Very good, trails just a little bit in the purity and refinement to Fichet, Ente and Roulot and rivals Javellier, Jobard and Mikulski in intensity and restraint and surpass almost everyone else. — 6 years ago
Tropical fruit explosion. Rich, yet well balanced. Clean and bright. — 8 years ago
Slightly oily but balanced and youthful otherwise — 8 years ago
Not obviously good like Roulot or Fichet, but quietly good. — 8 years ago

Still very pale and not evolved. The rich material and high acidities have not converged yet. The fruit here is not as pristine as those from the likes of Fichet and Montille. — 5 years ago
