Vintage 2013 - Tasted and retasted after 48 hours aeration. Both times very good but with air much more smell, hints of honey, flowers. Very high acidity, razorsharp #cheninblanc #savennieres that has much potential for aging. Château Soucherie has a few nice guestrooms. White fruit, some lemon too, honey, a touch buttery and oaky. Palate is fairly wide, acidity is medium as well as the length. It’s nice but a Perrières should have more class and finesse.
