Really nice... got this at a bargain price from Ahlgren's ongoing library sale. Aged very gracefully, beautiful garnet color. On the subtler side, feels like a French Cab rather than a CA one (I was told that the fruit doesn't always ripen entirely in this vineyard). Winemaker's comments: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dusty, velvety, aromatic varietal bouquet with hints of cherries. Fully balanced palate, soft tannins, good finish. Egg white fined, unfiltered. 257 cases produced.
