2012 Vintage - Super smooth and well integrated from malolactic fermentation in the barrel. Candied sour cherries show up big on the nose, more cherries and dried raspberry on the palette along with high acidity make this a very pleasant bottle to enjoy next to some Manchego cheese and Quince paste. Aged 12 months in French Oak, it has a slight orange tint and a cloudy appearance, probably because it is Demeter Certified Biodynamic...
