Oude Vest 13 -- Evelyn says it's very bright, slight sweetness -- a happy wine! — 9 years ago
Really tasty, had with Cam and Jenn for Thanksgiving. Great with roast turkey thighs and would have held up well to smoked drumsticks, too. Smooth but also interesting. — 10 years ago
A gift from cam and roommates one birthday, don’t remember much but I imagine it was good at $50 — 5 years ago

Bottled 28 March 2018. Blend no. 42. Season 17/18. Shared by @Bryan Frey for a delicious nightcap and to honor Armand’s passing on 6 March. Just a perfectly balanced, funky, citrusy, earthy lambic. Best before 2038, but there is no way I could get my hands on enough to test that date as they would disappear well before then. — 4 years ago
This is outstanding. Sour mash but bright. Lovely. — 5 years ago
Bday beer at Hopleaf. Love. — 5 years ago
Smoky matchsticks and green peppercorn with a pickled apricot and gooseberry tinged with banana leaf and grilled corn. Chunky and amber like a sour fossil. Crystalline unsweetened pineapple, burnt lemon, torched matchstick, briny lime, a spray of apple cider vinegar and sauerkraut made with riesling. Really good, like chow chow and the pickled kitchen sink stirred together with a brimstone broomstick! — 7 years ago
