The best creamy beer I've ever had. — 8 years ago
Oh my goodness. I am thrilled that I held onto this incredible #vouvray - if you have this #LoireValley gem, I suggest that you drink it now cause it is drinking beautifully! Sweet ripened pear, orange blossom, apple and lime with hints of smoke and a bit of nuttiness. A lush, silky, smooth mouthfeel bursts mid-palate with vibrant acidity that melds into chalky minerality and a lovely, balanced finish. I'm drinking it with this farm to fork rustic creamy angel hair pasta made with a blended sauce of honey chèvre, olive oil, pepper, toasted walnuts, loads of arugula and chives. The rustic-ness of the pasta with the nutty, chalky minerality of the wine is heavenly. — 8 years ago

An amazing summer beer with spice, hops, and good body. So much flavor from a great Michigan brewery. — 9 years ago
I feel like I need some gingerbread cookies, this beer is an outstanding example of what Michigan breweries have to offer. Even the seasonal beers are great. This one have just enough pumpkin and spice to give you that warm holiday season feeling. Give it a try! — 10 years ago

Plum, chocolate, caramel and oak nose with well balance of acidity and spicy finish. This ruby wine pairs well with steak and Holland Gouda cheese. Yum! — 6 years ago
