What a nose... chocolate, mint, oak, tar, leather, cherry, so much is happening... the palate is showing a massive acid drive, cherry and oaky notes all along. There is width, matter, you could almost chew it. The mid palate is massive. It's a big powerful ball of gentle, slightly drying tannins that power up a superlative finish with sour cherry, chocolate, nice oaky notes and that tiny minty touch that lifts everything. It's a massive wine which is masterfully treading on a very thin thread without ever being too much in any shape or form. — a month ago

Gorgeous Cabernet Franc from Tuscany. Silky smooth and extremely well structured. More tobacco/graphite than fruit. Lovely! — 13 days ago
