Distillation of spirits from apple, grapes and pears. Soft and aromatic, at its best served chilled or on the rocks, no need to cocktail this fine gin in my opinion #madeinquebec #domainelafrance — 7 years ago
Dandy #ventoux for a warm early summer day. Fruit forward with medium tannins and a kind finish. There's not many layers here so it's probably a young wine. — 8 years ago
Dandy #cabernetsaugvinon from France and an IGP at that. It has that #terroir taste from France, medium heavy body and dark berry fragrance. Acidity is balanced with fruit and mouthfeel - short finish but soft tannins. I really like this wine. — 8 years ago
Refined, like the best dandy in the time of Rimbaud. Richer scents along the lines of warm bread and citrus rind. A sweet tart finish comes out of nowhere. Still a baby. — 9 years ago
Dried rose, blackberry, baking spice. Deep purple color, full juicy body, balanced finish moderate tannin. It's a dandy wine — 6 years ago
The medium-dark wine has a concentrated nose of cranberry, cola and black tea. A note of tar also pokes its head into the scene. The palate is lovely, a bit on the weighty side as California Pinot is wont to be, but dark, delicious and a dandy match for a grilled pork chop or lamb. The expected cranberry flavor is riper, more like cherry, and the full mouthfeel is satisfying. Its acidity is perfectly refreshing while the tannins are purposeful yet manageable. — 7 years ago
Hanging in there and appreciably better after half an hour or so. Nice. — 7 years ago
Good complex white on a dark and raining night, and at a bargain. Made from the same cuvée as Hermitage whites-- which happened to be Thomas Jefferson's favorite white wine. — 8 years ago
FiZzy bottle cap dandy candy madness. — 9 years ago
Citrus and vanilla after taste, smooth with subtle dryness — 9 years ago
Has so much potential. It just needs time. Huge tannins. Just a little time will smooth them out and this will be dandy. — 6 years ago
Not only is it a dandy of a malbec but it quickly became a favorite to cook with as well. It has pleasing subtle tar notes and tastes like an old-world wine. A little on the dry side. Would buy again. — 6 years ago
A Barolo and a Pinot meet at a bar. Who wins? Who cares...they became friends and made this dandy of a combo! Thanks #kermitlynch — 7 years ago
It started a little thin but took on life as it breathed. This was a dapper dandy! Great clarity to the wine (sediment caked to the bottle). Scents of dried violets and tea. Very smooth on the palate, with cleansing acidity, rich vanilla, hints of cassis, tobacco and truffle. Had all magic of a great aged cab :) — 9 years ago

Amazing wine! An appellation close to Châteauneuf-du-Pape and a lot cheaper.
Raspberries, blueberries, herbs and cedar. Lighter bodied with lots of tannin (Barolo-esque?) and acidity. Paired with carbonara and it was dandy 🥰 — 6 years ago
