2015. Spent the day home with a cold, so tried out the new bottle cutter- gave up after the first 2. Brown Westside hints of celery, fennel, dried herbs. We're from Southside, so this is new- or perhaps my nose isn't up for a proper review but I love Brown Zins. — 8 years ago

Very light pale salmon color in the glass. These guys make such lovely wines and it’s nice that they keep it up with the Rosé too. Really nice dried rose petals and citrus fruits on the nose with a touch of fresh herbs. If it wasn’t already obvious, this isn’t your standard cookie cutter Rosé, not by a long shot. It’s exceedingly fresh and lively and has plenty of complexity and depth that’s rare nowadays. The palate generally follows the nose with vibrant citrus, baking spices, and floral impressions. This is what Rosé should be, what it could be. If everyone gave a damn. — 6 years ago
Typical northwest IPA but very well done. Obviously they have the best selection of hops available given that the brewery is literally in the middle of their own hop fields. The beer has good citrusy and somewhat grassy hop nose and sweet malt. On he palate, it is well balanced with hop bitterness and slightly sweet and lightly biscuity malt. Very local, so this is an easy go-to beer for me. — 9 years ago
Had at Kara’s birthday. Loved! Secret label! Cascadia has. — 5 years ago
Excellent wine for the price. Full bodied, lots of funk and earth on the nose, medium tannins. Interesting grape that will not be for everyone. But not cookie cutter like many similar American style wines. — 5 years ago
Not a cookie cutter Chardonnay. Hints of apricot, citrus and sour mouth. Lighter than some Chardonnays. Leggy, not syrupy. Delightful sour finish. — 7 years ago
Cookie cutter central coast pint noir. — 9 years ago
Half acre makes a great aromatic brew in the D.Cutter. You would be well off having one or two on a sunny day because it's not as heavy as some of its other IPA compatriots! — 10 years ago

Bought a bottle after tasting at D'Vines (as usual). Lovely, balanced, yummy, casual. Ripe raspberry, a touch of clove. Will certainly repurchase and enjoy this, summer or winter. Screw cap — lasts beautifully in the fridge for 3+ days. — 5 years ago
