Intrada Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Gorgeous SB from Lokoya being enjoyed atop of the world at their private Guest house Villa. Enjoying every second of this evening with my gorgeous wife & incredible friends Kirk and Veronica Alexander. It was enjoyed with a Salman Tartare with Melon, citrus, avocado and homemade savory granola. Every dish this evening is being prepared by Chef Tracey Shepps Cenami and served by the most gracious Carol Jackson. We are truly blessed to be atop of the world enjoying these culinary delights with our new friends!!!! Everyone needs a friend as a chef!👏👏👏👏👏👏
The intraday showed crisp green notes and ethereal lightness. Amazing!

Campari is a bitter that lives up to its name.

Notes of grapefruit and orange, spices like clove, a level of herbaceousness, and sweetness.

Ends with a lingering bitter bite.

Campari Negroni

1 ounce gin
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce Campari
Orange twist, for garnishing

Pour the gin, vermouth, and Campari into a chilled Old Fashioned glass over ice.

Garnish with the orange twist and serve.

Our buddy Bill Derrick on the left with the one and only David Page!!! Opened this 63 port from his cellar for us to enjoy at the end of a glorious evening. You can’t help but have a continuous shit eating grins when you are hanging out with these 2!! Great times., great times!! The one & only Ted Mandes structured this evening at David’s home and brought a team of culinary experts to prepare the feast. @Ted Mandes What Ted was able to structure was nothing short of AMAZING!! I believe 4 chefs were in attendance whom all created an individual course. Spectacular to say the least!! — 8 years ago
