Oct 23, 2020. Celebrating champagne day. This ones a winner! 70% Pinot noir, 30% Chardonnay. Tart green apple. So good! — 5 years ago
Crazy value champagne. Good balance, real yeastiness, great depth, soft bubbles, long finish. Could use a smidge more acid but for the price hard to complain. Enjoyed. — 7 years ago
Very young. Still somewhat unstructured and tannins that need to mellow. But good potential. — a year ago
Apple lemonade, with nice toast and minerality. Laser focused, creamy, and generous. Good value for Champagne. — 3 years ago

Rose and honeysuckle on the nose. Incredibly delicate tasting. Apple and hints of vanilla and sugar plums. Not overly sweet or fizzy. Big fan. — 7 years ago
Big and bold 05’ - a juicy vintage with candied ginger, tropical fruit, bruised apple - solid palette with good grip - finishes strong with floral and sweet spice. — 7 years ago
