A 100% Pinot noir all of the fruit. Is from verzanay and this is also 2009 vintage and is aged for over. 3 yars on the lees. A very concentrated wine hazelnuts, spice and plum fruit with a creamy texture on the tongue. Fresh and lively finish with that hazelnut and spice through the finish. Finish 50+. Most excellent

So. Much. Flavor. Nutty yet mildly sweet. Remiscent of an oaky champagne. Marzipan. Marzipan. Marzipan. Sea salt with maple.
