15 degree is better. Rich oak and sweet spices. Gentle acidity. 16 @1800, Xiaduo - RC, 250415 — 3 months ago
Great balance of acidity, minerality and chalkiness that showcases terroir of Cotes de Blancs (specifically wine comes from Le Mesnil sur Oger and Lea Chetillions). Lemon zest, freshly baked bread toast and long, dry finish. — 4 months ago

Wonderful aromatics and texture as usual for Fourrier. The 2018 vintage is a bit more closed than I expected. Pomegranate, cherries, hint of musk, white pepper on the nose. Great structure, salinity, energy and balance on the palate. Long finish. Grand cru quality stuff from Fourrier - punching above it’s weight. — 2 years ago

Great price point. Very light — 5 years ago
Zeer lekkere wijn, mooie afdronk, niet bombastisch of explosief.

Pop and pour (practically) — can’t be helped.
NOSE: something savory, blackberry, and a little violet. Mild clove. A little clay. Something…Mexican?
TASTE: juicy, purple cassis and clay. Fresh and tasty. The kind of wine I like, basically. Blueberry pie after air. 93.

Shhhhh. Holy Saturday, Batman!!! Easter bunny drinks rosé! Perfect libation for plastic egg prep. Nice balance between sweetness and acidity in the mouth. The finish shows fresh fruit and great length. — 3 months ago
Great daily in a great Viennese French bistrot. Highly recommend Le Pic and its maître d — 3 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2016 pours a deep ruby/purple with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe black and red fruits: cassis, blackberries, raspberries, red plum, tobacco, a touch of bell pepper, earth, old wood, and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. A classic expression of Bordeaux during a period where the lines between New and Old World have been blurred. This is tasty and showing well in its early drinking window. Drink now through 2036+. — 5 months ago
