Beautiful lemon meringue with bright fruit yet creamy long finish. Perfect with scallops with toasted brown rice and crispy cauliflower over cauliflower purée. So lovely and rich yet not heavy at all. — 4 years ago

This was in a good place. Super pristine fruit coming through. — 7 years ago
The 2015 white burgundies I've had have been hit or miss. Some are a bit ripe for my liking but others hit the mark. This is def the latter. Razor sharp and the acidity comes out of nowhere to balance the ripeness. — 8 years ago

Superbe rapport prix/plaisir. Le tout en biodynamie. Que demander de plus !!
This light wine is just incredible for its price range .... at less than € 15 it is a superb expression of pinot noir in Alsace style. A tangy red fruit supported by some nice notes of terroir, earthiness, and sweet spices such as cinnamon, cloves, and pepper. Nice final and superb price / pleasure ratio. All in biodynamics. Really smooth easy drinking Pinot noir 💕 — 6 years ago
Apfelstrudel. Apples with cinnamon first. Then nuts. Very light. More prossecoy than champagne. Good fun. — 8 years ago
As Tom Cassagrande said, spot on Burgundy white. Lemon oil, wet stone, slightly closed/reduced and showing a bit more character on day 2, this is what I remember Bougogne balance of the late 90's and early 2000's to taste like. — 3 years ago

The reviews on this are fascinating! After having the cakebread a few nights ago it is amazing how close these wines are. This is beautiful cherry and raspberry fruit with a hint of pepper and good tannin. I’m guessing that provenance of this wine is the key to difference of reviews or garagiste truly received something different in the bottle. Great qpr from my tasting. — 7 years ago
Absolutely love this one. Not too sweet, not too dry. Great balance — 8 years ago
