New favorite dessert wine! Was always a muscato (NOT d'asti) or vin santo fan. This one though... With some dark chocolate, totally takes the cake! Not overly sweet- couldn't be called dry for anything, but certainly one of the dryer dessert wines out there. Have it with chocolate. Esse Valpo, dentro da perspectiva original de um Valpolicella, um vinho do dia-a-dia para acompanhar uma refeição, me dá muito mais prazer que aquele Valpo do Tommaso Bussola (que custa 4x mais, diga-se de passagem). No entanto, aquele eu pontuei com 90, por ser um vinho mais "elaborado" e esse com 89, refletindo sua deliciosa simplicidade. Uma injustiça! Preciso de um analista urgente! — 9 years ago
