Casa La Rad

Azienda Agricola Negro Angelo e Figli

Prachiosso Roero Nebbiolo 2016

Love this so much - Very tart, which is definitely an acquired taste, and very dry. Hints of dark fruit and the bottle is rad. I’m getting a case of this. — 2 years ago

Südtirol Alto Adige Müller-Thurgau 2018

Rad and refreshing white from Alto Adige. Grassy with vaguely tropical green fruit notes: quince, kiwi and sour apple jolly rancher. — 4 years ago

Westport Rivers

Blancs de Noirs Champagne Blend

I love the other Westport Rivers sparkling wine that I buy occasionally, but it was time to try a new one. This one is no less tasty -- caramel apple and sea salt. A Saturday night on the Salisbury Beach boardwalk. Kinda hokey, but kinda rad. D: "Interesting. Vinegar. Hey, can I open that Riesling in the wine fridge?" — 7 years ago

Familia Nin-Ortiz

Planetes de Nin Partida Les Planetes Vi De La Vila Porrera Priorat 2013

So rad! Developing really nicely and has not lost the sense of vitality these wines have in youth. Black brambly fruit, smoked herbs, rocks, exotic spices, sweet cloves, fur. Walks the line of soif and contemplation very well. — 3 years ago

Château Kirwan

Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend 2012

2012. Definitely slow to open up and and be Bordeaux about it. Entering its drinking timeline just now. After being open since 6 last eve....24-34 hours later..
The rad dried violet/flowers that showed on initial has finely integrated the oh-so-pretty nose with the multi-soft-grip palette. Super cool if you’re patient. Thanks Elias and Brad for letting me watch this one till it came around.....
A sleeper lies in your cellar if you’re sitting on this one. Cheers to the exploration of patience.
