My first wine from Israel. The low ratings on delectable surprised me. Maybe people are too used to big bold Napa fruit bombs. This cab is constrained, almost medium bodied, austere, but delicious. This wine screams for food, sort of like a Nebbiolo. — 5 years ago
Fruity, not too harsh — 6 years ago

Great full body Israeli wine! — 7 years ago
2002 outstanding! I took a dear friend to Georis in 2006. That friend unfortunately passed away this year and left this gem in his wine cellar for my wife and I. — 8 years ago

Inky garnet in the glass. Smoky bing cherry, clove and baking spices on the nose. Silky on the palate with vanilla and ripe raspberry, very fine tannins. Perfect pairing with Salmon in a Honey, Soy, Garlic and Dijon glaze! — 4 years ago
Petroleum, honeysuckle, yellow cake, and lavender nose. On the palate more petrol, peach nectar, honey, ruby red grapefruit, gunpowder, white pepper, with a powerful petrol after nose. I might have called this a quality german trocken Riesling in a blind test. This is a fabulous Viognier in the french style. — 5 years ago
Just opened a 2004 and it was exactly the way that Walter Georis would have expected for 15 year old bottle of his wine. Amazing. — 6 years ago
Yummy.. not a punch you in the mouth fruit forward but has the quality build of a higher end cab .
This 2005 held up very nicely .
Decanter a must to pour with out setiment. BUTTERY BlackBerry jam like , some vanilla and Caramel chocolate linger around smooth tannins and leathers. — 7 years ago
Tons of flavors, long full bodied finish. One of our favorites — 4 years ago
2013, dad gives it a 7.5 — 4 years ago
Wowee! Fab with maitake mushroom soba. Needs to breathe a bit as the finish is a little Bretty upon open but it blows off. — 5 years ago
Delicious. 2016 vintage. Israeli wines stepping it up! — 6 years ago
Earthy, mineral and burnt peanuts nose. Hint of green herbal notes on the nose as well. Definitely a lot of peach on the front palate. Burnt, smoky flavours throughout, but the wine is unoaked. — 7 years ago
The expected acid and lemon of a Sandhi. Personally haven’t noticed massive variation in Rajat’s wines across terroir. — 7 years ago
