My first wine from Israel. The low ratings on delectable surprised me. Maybe people are too used to big bold Napa fruit bombs. This cab is constrained, almost medium bodied, austere, but delicious. This wine screams for food, sort of like a Nebbiolo. — 5 years ago

Petroleum, honeysuckle, yellow cake, and lavender nose. On the palate more petrol, peach nectar, honey, ruby red grapefruit, gunpowder, white pepper, with a powerful petrol after nose. This 2005 held up very nicely .
