CAYMUS Caberet Sauvignon Napa Valley. We drank this with Billie and Rob at Capital Grill in Shops of Legacy. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I would rank it a 10+ — 6 years ago
It's that time of year again! Generous Pour at The Capital Grille. (9) wines, all 90+ points, all you can enjoy, for $28. The Mt Brave, Mt Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon is a great match for their bone-in filet mignon. Dark, rich, gentle structure and deep fruits. Nice finish that made it the favorite of the night. — 8 years ago

Mellow silky and full body right out of the bottle paired with tenderloin at Capital Grill Jax Fl — 6 years ago
Pronounced “Es-peck-tuckle dell Mont-sunt.” Located in so-called armpit of Spain’s prestigious wine country principally because of its rustic quality. I read the wine is called “Spectacle” because it showed the wine world its natural potential was detracted by lack of literacy & operating capital. Intense fruit nose with sweet spice. Palate is somewhat tight & heavy with black fruits, sweet cacao & pepper spice. Big tannins, well balanced with lingering finesse, ending with a jolt of spice. Tasting Sample. Needs time or decanting! — 7 years ago
