Smoothest Chardonnay I have ever had. No overwhelming "woody" flavor. — 10 years ago
It's really nice when a wine starts out as 'ordinary' and then grows into something complex and full of memory as it sits. Over an hour, this has turned from only fresh strawberry w/ an alcohol nose burn to cedar, raspberry, black cherry, tar, dr pepper, cocoa, and rose petal. Crumbly tannin, med+ acid, and a moderate finish. If I'm being objective, it's a touch hot, the oak is apparent, and the fruit is just a bit overripe, but tonight - at home w/ osso buco, my wife, my daughter, and memories of my father - it's perfect. — 11 years ago

Smooth and sultry. Not a ton of complexity but a wine I would definitely drink again — 10 years ago
Black fruit licorice and fierce tannin. Wonder if it was blended w some Syrah or Carignan. Needs decanting and food. Tar component worked well w osso buco — 10 years ago

Very drinkable - ate with Osso Bucco dinner- smooth and velvety for a non-Classico Chianti. — 12 years ago
Wow. Organic dry farmed vineyard; aromas of dried herbs, rosemary, sage, nuances of cigar box, tobacco supported by fine, slaty tannins and excellent length. Drinking perfectly. Non traditional blend Cab, Mlt, Samso, Garnacha & Syrah. — 12 years ago
Perfect with osso buco... — 12 years ago
Earthy. Leather, cedar. Used it in Osso buco recipe too. Would get again. — 10 years ago
Tremendous wine - no need to decant - paired this with a veal osso bucco and it was perfect - floral, earthy musk but deep well balanced with dark fruit and a spicy finish - highly recommended for the price — 10 years ago
Having first bottle with shop owner and wine rep for other wines. We average a nine. Excellent. Wish I had with Osso Buco. — 11 years ago
