Pale yellow; lemon/lime pith, pungent blossoms, herbal notes, silex, seabreeze with smokey undertones; a citrus, mineral driven, salivating palate with a tacky mouth feel. Grapes on Argile and schist soils. — 6 years ago

Pithy. Zesty. Light on its feet. Rhubarb, red currant, sour cherries, dried flowers, blood orange with just enough garrigue goodness. — 7 years ago
Solid red. Nice stone fruit characteristics. Had the 2011 several months later and it tasted like it was past its prime! — 7 years ago
Really delicious. I did however taste a very, very slight amount of oak, but learnt this wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels. I soon read that they add “Indigenous Yeast” so I’m curious if this yeast is responsible for that slight, lingering wood on the tail end. Certainly wasn’t put off, though, and very much enjoyed. Well balanced acidity and concentration. Ripe, juicy, and absolutely worth cellaring, see how it ages. Would definitely drink again. — 5 years ago
