How to create this taste from merlot and CS. Of course, it contains a bit another grape. But mainly process is a bit different. Dry up in open door room for 2 months. So the taste is condensed, a bit sweet. But and also Lychee taste derived from its terroir. I am confused with mixed with white originally though.
