Williams Brothers Brewing Company

Ebulum Elderberry Black Ale

Thus far, my favourite from this fine Scottish brewery. Amazed with how many good beer/ale brewers there are in the UK.

Chocolate, coffee and berry notes.

Berry flavour is present but not overwhelming.

15 Years Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 1895

A bit on the sweeter side. Otherwise fruity and pleasant to drink — 2 days ago

Black Art Aged 26 Years Unpeated Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 1994

Perhaps slightly less “interesting” than some peated scotches, but if you don’t like this, you just don’t like amazing whiskey. — a month ago

Aged 10 Years Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Very light and easy to drink. Hint of smoke. Not for those who love the peat but in its way very enjoyable. — 21 hours ago

Octomore Edition 07.2 Aged 5 Years Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Peat and salinity are definitely at the forefront. But I love both and there is enough malt to provide some balance to my taste. — 2 days ago

Maybe the most heavily peated Highland Park I've had yet. Delicious! — 12 days ago

16 Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A not-so-wee dram for my birthday reminds me how Mortlach separates from the herd. Transcendent light-bodied balance yet a finish that goes on in breath long after swallow. A poetic emotional drink. — 11 days ago

Uigeadail The Ultimate Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

We love Islay malts in winter— Seattle reached 17° F today, so we reached for the Oog. Gorgeous bottling if a touch sweet for my palate. Threads the needle of smoky peat/malt styles very well. Best with a few drops of water to open up. — 22 days ago

You drink some interesting beer!

@Sharon B Thanks! There are some amazing beers to try! So much more than Pilsner or light varieties. 🍻
