Translucent Ruby color and medium bodied. Red berry and tobacco notes leading to a silky smooth light-medium tannic finish. Delicious, easy drinking 'baby' Barolo - I say baby Barolo as it is surprisingly light bodied for a Barolo. Love it! — 8 years ago
Classic. Brambles, spice and herb yet supple throughout. Excellent. — 10 years ago
Big perfume of roses, earth, lavender, white pepper, w/ raspberry, cranberry, bing cherry, in the mouth and orange peel-mushroom-y finish. Started leathery and tannic; acidity & fruit exploded over 2-hours. Delicious w/ boar shank. Gorgeous, complex pinot @Brian Mast #mendocino #andersonvalley — 10 years ago
