Vino que revive una olvidada tradición típica de la región de la Toscana llamada “Governo Toscano” consiste en inducir una 2da fermentación añadiendo un pequeño porcentaje de pasas, lo cual ofrece al vino una característica distinta, redonda y permite en paladar percibir, frutas taninos dulces, esta maravilla la acompañamos con la cena de noche buena, !armonía perfecta! At dinner Iceland Klaengsholl lodge. Impressive fort Cava and good pairing with somewhat salty but delicious fish soup with lobster base. Acidic but white floral notes and good acidity on palate and finish. Soup with salted cod and the Atlantic wolf fish. — 8 years ago

Insane. Pulled from behind the counter by the bodega rep at an industry tasting (I think what I tried was actually a 40 year, not for sale commercially). Texture and acidity of reduced balsamic, salt and umami of aged soy sauce. Flavor explosion that continued to develop in the mouth for what seemed like half an hour. — 10 years ago
