Chalky, with roasted cranberry preserve, very dry, body is pretty tame but just enough to hold its own…hmm…not sure what to think, not huge mid palate but it’s very approachable and lovely nose. I like it! Much better than the Brunello di montalcino sitting next to it which is nice but too much of an acid bomb. Thanks Bro for sharing! — 8 months ago

This wine exhibits a unique elegance from its maturation for 12 months in Oak barrels. A suggestive cherry red color introduces a fine aromatic profile were hints of red fruits, vanilla, coconut, and toasted aromas perfectly merge. Ample and persistent on the palate, it matches very well with all sorts of aperitif's tapas, red meats, and cheese. " — 8 months ago
Not sure what it was about this white wine, but it seemed to have the perfect balance of sweet and bitter notes with a smooth finish. Not a huge fan of white wines, but I could drink this one any day. — 2 years ago

Love the chocolate/raspberry notes on the nose. Slight leather adds an earthy note. More body than I was expecting for a Rioja, but that might be the lush, balanced tannins whirling around. Surprisingly big, wild fruit and a soft, extended finish make this a real pleaser. I'd give it a few more point fractions if it had just a touch more complexity, but that is not to say this isn't a great one. — 2 months ago
