Pretty classic cooler climate Cali chard. With some orchard fruits and a very well balanced palate. — a year ago
Wonderfully perfumed and rich eight year-old Central Coast Pinot Noir, with fruit, acid, tannins and earth in harmonious balance. Got better as the night went on, and the leftover half bottle the next day was great—soft and approachable yet complex and delicious interesting. Rather Old World, I would say. Enjoyed the 2014 vintage with Livarot cheese and an artisanal country loaf. Magnifique! — 2 years ago
Light Oak, good acidity, cream with pear. Better colder. — 2 years ago
Good and very cherry but not as much as some other younger wines. Not sure if I like this more than the other higher end petite sirahs of theirs. — 4 years ago
Better with the aerator. Opened up nicely into a very drinkable earthy wine. — 4 years ago
Very good and balanced — 5 years ago
Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe berries and floral spices. On the palate flavors of raspberry and cherry with licorice, floral, pepper and cinnamon. Fine tannins, medium+ finish, lively acidity, good structure, ending with fruit, pepper and earthy spice. — 8 months ago
Still very young but a good price point. Some fruit but dryer. — 2 years ago
Drinks like an interesting cab. Would get this again if had the opportunity to buy a library version. — 2 years ago
Cherry forward. Needs to age longer — 3 years ago
Lovely and aging well. Very smooth and bright with cherry notes but not overly so. Earthly and interesting but still light. — 4 years ago
Ok. Fruity and dark fruit. Definitely better with time in the bottle and good for the price but better options are out there. — 8 months ago
Fascinating. A lot of melon and earth. — 2 years ago
Aged definitely pays! Cherry still but mellowed with earthy notes and strong tannins still. Would likely be even better with a few more years in the bottle. Nice surprise from the library mystery case. — 2 years ago
Always a good blend — better when aged more but definitely fine with the aerator. Deep and earthy, some cherry but not overpowering — 2 years ago
