Even though I looked for some Chenin Blanc or Pinot Gris for our ribs dinner this NZ summer delight did not disappoint. Light and crisp. — 12 years ago
Gas discharge on opening, first sip from can light bodied & kinda fruity (hard to taste). In glass, beautiful red violet in color, nice clean raspberry on nose & pallet. Soft & fruity, no metallic taste, easy going casual Pinot. Bravo Union Wine Co. ! Giving you max rating for making wine more approachable to non wine drinking demographic & casual wine consumer. — 12 years ago

I'm going to come clean, I'm not a huge Caymus fan. It's by no means a bad wine - far from it - but I've always felt they blend their Cab with too much Zin. I could be wrong on that account, but I don't think I am. Still, a nice brooding nose of dark red and blue fruit, with a touch of candied fruit and wet earth. — 11 years ago
Super smooth.
Light but rich flavor in depth.
