Dark fruit, but nimble. Daresay the 1899 is curvaceous for an Oregon Pinot Noir?! Made without electricity or modern equipment, Illahe has gone totally old school in finding out how the soul of wine shows with rustic techniques, like 50% whole cluster, native yeasts, and foot pedal bicycle pumps give a wine mysterious depths.
