This 6 year old red blend from the Judean Mountains in Israel, is showing nice complexity with a soft mouthfeel. Elegant and spicy.

Fruit forward right out of the bottle, and even better after an hour of airtime.

This Single Vineyard is good by itself or with food. A great sipping wine.

Very interesting wine from Bethlehem. Deep and full bodied, almost fat on the mouth. But with excellent acidity and minerality on the finish. Very nice. — 7 years ago

Wilson dinner celebration at Edge Bethlehem 11/13/21. Had to cut through wax and pull cork myself. A magnum. One more and a vertical of ‘95-‘98. Beautiful complex earthy still ripe red fruited nose with a rather lean but balanced palate. Nice finish. Great with the mushroom risotto and pork belly. Well liked all around. — 2 years ago

Reminds me of a Spanish Garnacha blend.

I had it last year, and it is drinking nicer now. Would benefit from a few more years in the bottle.

Needs 90 minutes to open up properly and show complexity.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a charcuterie board of cheeses and meats.

A blend of 47% Syrah, 35% Grenache and 18% Mourvedre.

This is a very nice white Bordeaux blend from israel. Nicely balanced with nice complexity and a crisp mouthfeel.

This 3-year-old is drinking very nicely now and better than a year ago.

Peaking now, but would be interesting to try it again in a couple of years.

Feels like a Bordeaux white with a Vouvrey twist. Loved the nose here.

Good right out of the bottle and good by itself or with food.

A blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented and aged separately in French oak barrels, on its lees. Kosher and not Mevushal.

Maresh Vineyard Star-of-Bethlehem Flower Block Pinot Noir 2018

Seemed an appropriate Christmas wine. Can’t rave enough about Kf wines. QPR is a little whack but it delivers. Way too young to open but ran it through the Venturi a few times and it showed really pretty red fruit, elegant wine. Hold for several years before trying again. — 3 years ago
