This is a beautiful wine. Tannins shed, drinking like velvet and pure. Berries, cherries, some leather, and a long finish. I could sit with this and a charred steak every night. — 9 years ago

When in Rome (as they say) 75% Cab Franc, 25% Merlot. This needs air or you'll think it uninspiring (was best the next day). Violets and slight French oak nose. Smooth, clean blue fruits with tannins up front fading at mid palate. Med/short finish. Solid wine. — 9 years ago
