Love the simplicity of this Rose. Not overly dry nice crisp finish purchased at Willow Mercantile. — 7 years ago
Vanilla and earwax. Nice spice and dried fruit notes on the palate. Finish is a little warm, not an inexcusable sin for a blend that includes younger whiskies. — 8 years ago
Smooth and full bodied with no unpleasurable flavors to be found. For the price it is a must try. — 9 years ago
Batch No.246, bottle No.0031 of 2400. Finished in Groth Cab barrels. Beautiful amber color in the glass w/pink hues. Powerful and rich, with some of the wine notes showing on the finish. This works well. — 9 years ago
small batch Chard from the Kunin family. more butter on the nose, nice honeysuckle flavor, flowery in the mouth. Nice paired with salt and cookies. finishes well while wearing dress slacks of the wash and wear type, no shirt. — 9 years ago

Good but with taste no better than makers mark — 11 years ago
Big and spicy. Tastes it’s age, but has a lot of depth. — 6 years ago
Love the Apothic wines and this one is no exception. I am no sommelier, in fact I had to look up the spelling for sommelier, but the whiskey notes add an incredible flavor. — 6 years ago
2015 batch: 17/06/2018 - one glass no headache; 18/06/2018 - 2 glasses no headache — 7 years ago
Nose is dense and sweet. Toffee, fruit and toast. Smooth, decently creamy with hints of spice. The small batch no longer has the 12 years age statement. Good sippin' whiskey — 7 years ago
Christmas martini. Santa Cruz gin was a gift from @Amy Monroe — 8 years ago
This is an excellent white Bordeaux. The nose has a bit of a buttery sent ( like a Chardonnay), but don't worry, there is no butter flavor. Flavors of lemon/ lemon grass are predominant. The lemon acidity is reduced by a creamy medium body texture giving the wine some weight. Pineapple hangs in the background (you know that chunk that doesn't really have full flavor in the batch) and blends a bit with the creamy feel holding it back. For those put off by acidic Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand... Looking for more body ( a fuller feel), than this is your wine. Excellent wine, excellent price. — 9 years ago

Booker's Bourbon after Norman Hardie, Chardonnay Prince Edward County, Canada. Life is pretty! — 11 years ago
Very nice, but not as good as the 2016. Needs age? Still excellent! — 6 years ago
Dark and heavy in the most comforting way. No acid burn in the aftertaste and doesn't coat your mouth. Cherry and plum flavors. — 7 years ago
Batch no. 7. Very good sour red. — 7 years ago
This is the standard on which all other barrel aged gins should be judged. By far the best I've ever had. — 8 years ago
Aged in sherry butts. One of the great Speyside single malts. At a cask strength of 59 to 62% alcohol it readily stands up to ice. Cherries, apricot, prune, oak, malt, maybe orange, with a chocolate finish. No matter the batch, always one of my favs. — 9 years ago
Batch No. 10 2011, A smooth as silk marriage of chocolate, espresso, and caramelized dark cherry, a well balanced stout that could easily continue to mature in bottle for a few more years. Been saving this guy for years, cheers! — 9 years ago
Just wow! No small batch is tasting this good for this price. — 9 years ago
Smooth, quaffable IPA. Tasty. No frills. Drank it quickly and easily. And happily. — 10 years ago
Earthy. Chocolate. No fruit. Lovely. — 11 years ago
Nutty, toasty, hoppy, creamy. Italian? Love a surprise. — 11 years ago
