Batch 2 from Venus Spirits. Exceptional gin. Baking spice- star anise, clove, dried orange peel, with juniper and cardamom. Created specifically to be barrel aged. Serious gin from serious Sean Venus. I've been jonesing to make a Negroni since we tasted this with Sean and tonight I'm all smiles.
