Yummy. Smooth. Great leg. Super nose. — 3 years ago
Interesting blend of floral and apple notes. Light-bodied, but not too light, with a smooth finish. A bit tart at the end. Overall, a nice wine.

Delicious and superb milk stout. Lots of chocolate with hints of coconut and caramel in the nose. A nice gentle foam head with just a little carbonation.
Taste wise, it is smooth and rich without being overpowering. Lots of chocolate mixing with malt with hints of coffee and caramel.
Overall, this Hall and Woodhouse Badger milk stout is one to savour and enjoy. — 2 years ago

Tart cherry, tobacco smoke and a hint of candied rhubarb on the nose with a slight vegetal undercurrent. I aged this for a few years and while the tannins are still gripping and prominent, they’re well integrated, with a deep rose colored hue, medium to big body and tart cherry, pomegranate juice, underripe strawberry, tobacco, and a long, gripping acidic finish. Those tannins do not quit though and leave the mouth feeling tight for minutes after. Paired with slow cooked pork adobo, but honestly could be better paired with a more savory pork or beef. — a year ago
