Another fine choice by Dino — 6 years ago
Aboard JG One PHL bound. Super pleasant and delightful to drink. Great starter, without food. Courtesy of Dino. — 7 years ago
Terrific but not for the faint of heart. A goliath of a wine. Black cherries, plums, smoked meat, caramelized onions. — 8 years ago
Running low on Cimarossa at home, I need to reload!
2007 Cimarossa 'Rian Vineyard' Cabernet Sauvignon
The next time you go to Napa you should take a ride up to the top of Howell Mountain to see Dino and make sure you also try the best Nebbiolo outside of Italy!

A deep ruby red core of color, the nose is brooding and fresh with blue and black fruits, a streak of pepper and mint, well integrated oak and ripe, firm tannin. A long and pure finish, a great Cabernet. — 9 years ago

Sinatra at Winn Encore,
Mystery why no one so fare rated this wine. Fabulous, full bodied but dry. Legs like only ZZ Top can sing about. — 9 years ago
Smoky, blackberry, black currant, stewed cranberry, coffee, lilac. But aside from Rothschild's ever present rams, this is not only a very illuminati wine, but the label says the varietal is "Chile's very own grape". — 9 years ago

Nice. Boothes. Better than Dino finally. — 5 years ago
LOVE the tannins in this wine - it’s perfect. It’s got very light and smooth aromas with a round taste to it and a smoky finish. (Fun fact - the grapes are grown in a “Jurassic Landscape” alongside Dino fossils so that’s pretty cool) — 6 years ago
I know that LBV is just an illuminati plot to undermine the proletariat, but this one smells like a wet red rose in June growing amidst honeysuckle. It is seductive, sporting veinous, ripe cantaloupe and red hots. Tar and black cherry reduction with gum Arabic, red beer, grenadine and blackberry. Light on the pepper, but cuts through Stilton like propaganda through the will of the masses. Enjoy with ideologues! #porto #portovino #lbv #illuminati #fakenews #conspiracytheorywines #portugesewine — 9 years ago
Still a good pizza wine - and we did grilled pizzas tonight! Some spice notes with red and black fruits. Nice mouthfeel for a $12 wine. — 9 years ago
I could get used to this. Thank Don and Dino! — 10 years ago

Great pairing with Sunday gravy, candlelight and Dino Crocetti. We’ll put this one into the regular winter rotation. Salud! — 5 years ago
