One of my favorite pinots. Needs some time to open up but once it does it's wonderfully drinkable and a nice accompaniment to a light meal. — 7 years ago
This 09 Aubaine is extremely fresh with great acid. Score is based on potential for this brawny but balanced beauty. Should be even better in a few years. — 8 years ago
Really nice Rhone blend. — 8 years ago
Nice Pinot with cherries and raspberries. Let it breathe for 30 minutes. Went very well with bbq chicken. — 9 years ago
Amazing purity with gorgeous fruit completely balanced by perfect acidity. An energetic bouquet jumps from the glass. Red currants, kirsch liquer, with a silky texture. — 9 years ago
Apparently the vintage matters a lot. An older release was disappointing but this 2009 was delicious. — 10 years ago

What a fantastic bottle of sparkling wine -- not just bubbles, we're talking fruit and flavor and nice body... Great stuff from a great winery known for its #sparkling.

13.5% alc. 190 cases produced.
Crafted from old estate vines (supposedly dating back to 1880).
Perhaps a vintage issue and/or that these just need to be enjoyed on the younger side but I thought it came across a bit lean without any special uniqueness or character. — 7 years ago
Damn good juice!! — 7 years ago
Subtle floral aromas and hints of raspberries and strawberries form the base for this sparkling stunner. — 7 years ago
It did not disappoint. — 8 years ago
Spoon and stable. Great food, better company — 8 years ago
This 2009 LA Colline is a still very youthful, rich, ripe, juicy, layered full mouthful of cherries. Absolutely delicious, if arguably a bit direct. — 9 years ago
Never disappoints. — 9 years ago

My last bottle of the 2012. Dense purple red. Plum, red fruit and a little earth/funk in the nose. Raspberry, boysenberry, plum and cola in mouth, tart, mild skin astringency on finish with lemon, plum and cola in aftertaste. A nice Central Coast Pinot with character, produced by Reluctant Wine Co. — 6 years ago
