Beautiful textural white. Lovely structure and finish. Chapeau Le Grappin! — 4 years ago
Light straw color. Expressive nose with aromas of lime zest, pear, gooseberry, and freshly cut grass. Medium bodied featuring flavors of ripe lime and green apple. Crisp, refreshing finish with vibrant acidity. Andrew Rich and Croft Vineyards from whom the fruit is sourced are amongst the few Willamette Valley producers of Sauvignon Blanc. Single vineyard bottling. 14.1% alcohol. $22. — 6 years ago
Dark profile and quite Old World in style. Not sure if this is aged in oak, but tastes like there might be a bit there, it's good. — 7 years ago

2017 is fab. Great QPR. Intense with backbone. Give it a few more years. it doesn’t get much better at this price-point. — 4 years ago
The nose on this is ethereal & elegant. Fruity notes with some leafy undertones. The palate shows a much bigger frame with rich dark cherry notes and some blueberry character on the back end. Tannins are present, but well balanced and the palate weight gets more elegant with air. — 4 years ago
Dark cherry and cassis. Lots of vanilla notes. Soft, mild tannins. Good QPR. — 6 years ago
Amazingly good! Enjoyed a 1991 vintage on 1-26-17. Still fruit forward with balance and complexity. An excellent Merlot!! — 7 years ago

Excellent and fine village Burg from Macon - tiny production. Touch of oak. A steal at $25 if you can find it. — 7 years ago

Mid Ruby red in colour with a tawny edge. Sour cherry with touches of pepper and cloves. Not as raspberry as I was expecting from old vine Mataro. With a couple of hours of aeration the raspberry notes started coming through finishing with Sandy tannins. This wine is made by the multi talented Andrew Caillard who is the supremo of Fine Wine retailer and auctioneer Langtons who allowed Andrew to make his superb range of wines under his own label using old vine Mataro and Shiraz; painted the exquisite labels himself and who achieved a Master of Wine in his spare time. I am lucky to have 5 of these beauties left. 96 points from James Halliday. — 2 years ago
