Delicious. Would’ve preferred a bit more age on this, to balance out the sweetness… but ~7 years is enough to make it interesting. Paired incredibly well with the Golden Eye Snapper course at ATOMIX. I look forward to trying a 15-years old vintage; great QPR. — 6 months ago

Thought we had the last bottle a year ago but realized we had one more. Really very nice - a sort of time capsule wine, taking you back nearly two decades with the depth of amber color and honeyed flavor. So well balanced, with the secondary round fruit giving way to nice acids (more than I recall on the bottle a year ago). Fun one for sure. — 8 months ago
Field blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Beurot, Muscat and Pinot Noir from the Engelgarten, a vineyard with poor, gravelly soils located just outside the walls of Bergheim (about 10 miles north of Colmar, in the Haut Rhin). Pure, expressive nose with notes of citrus, rubber and minerals. Intense, dry, textured. Slightly ripe. Long, saline finish. — 3 years ago

A very different and distinct nose... some sauternes aromas along with honey and spring flowers. A rich body with a slight honey sweetness. Alsatian Adventure private tasting. — 3 years ago
