Disappointed the first night thinking it was a bit short and watery under some typical dark earthy fruit... But second night revealed more character with a palette laser memory to a chicken hearts flambade from Toledo Spain... Which I'm not sure was a good thing... Holy Toledo! #biggirlwine Massive Syrah, with waves of fresh tobacco, creme de cassis, spice, and cherry cordial coming off the nose. Very creamy with ripe cherries and blackberries, chicory root blueberries, and vanilla on the mid-palate oddly enough, and a dirty, licorice-y backend.
