This wine is excellente! Deep silky dark fruit. This is a great sipping wine, yet it will sing with a thick steak or juicy grilled pork chop. This is a 2007, so good luck finding one. — 9 years ago

2011 Buena Vista Carneros Pinot Noir. U: Transparent tegelröd D: Fat, tobak. Jordgubb. Vanilj. Väldigt tydlig. Mkt god doft. S: Tuttifrutti, jordgubb. Fatig. Rikligt med syra som får saliven att flöda. Ändå inte alls störande, frukten bär upp ypperligt. Avslutas snyggt och stort med en mjuk smörkola/vaniljtouch. Detta var riktigt bra. At first I found this medium bodied, slightly creamy, with prominent stone fruits, white peach and cumquat, with a prominent minerality and slight notes of cheesecake on the nose. Now it’s emerging much more dry with air, still a long, mineral driven palate, still medium bodied, but beautifully balanced and definitely a contract to many California white wines when it comes to complexity and nuance. — 9 months ago

At first we thought it was corked. After about an hour it started kicking off and probably with more time would even excel. Black and red cherry notes with earthy - leathery spices. Light, soft and balanced tannins. High rate for its age. — 8 years ago
