Pretty deep , almost opaque , thin rim . Quite wild , dried herbs , touch of rounded red fruits . More fruit on the palate , quite ripe red fruits , quite soft but fine , nice balanced acidity . 2011 Buena Vista Carneros Pinot Noir. U: Transparent tegelröd D: Fat, tobak. Jordgubb. Vanilj. Väldigt tydlig. Mkt god doft. S: Tuttifrutti, jordgubb. Fatig. Rikligt med syra som får saliven att flöda. Ändå inte alls störande, frukten bär upp ypperligt. Avslutas snyggt och stort med en mjuk smörkola/vaniljtouch. Detta var riktigt bra. Very nice and complete Cabernet from Argentina. I feel it rates 91+ for the color and deep red fruit flavors and long finish . Not California Cabernet with lower ABV but European style with complexity and soft tannins. Super deal at $15!!!! Drink in the near term for best enjoyment. — 8 years ago

Goodness I love LRA wines. The nose on these are intoxicating. American oak has calmed down but still full of coconut and dill. Could smell it all day. Incredibly pure on the palate. Blackberries, Mexican vanilla, green pepper. No tannic bite. — 8 years ago
