Vi mitic balear. Mediterrani, madur, solar. Figues, prunes. 14/20 — 11 years ago
The hidden blend of grapes for this is kinda fun. Obviously lots of Malbec, rich, intensely flavored dark fruit is the main character, with a hint of baking spice and something savory, and dusty tannins. Not much nose and finish but that's fine. — 7 years ago
Was a 9.2 yesterday, but after sitting overnight it definitely improved. The wood seems more integrated and the whole thing is more vibrant. Nice balance of fruit and earth. I'll hang on to my other bottle of this for awhile. — 8 years ago
Excellent fruit and softness on the aromas. Silky smooth, a touch of spice and the oak integration really brings it all together. Fantastic wine while staring into the ocean from the 18th floor. Props to the winemaker. Un manjar! — 8 years ago

This is the 2004 Ánima Negra Son Negre. It is a gorgeous wine with bramble and red fruit on the nose. Palate is absolutely balanced and set off with one of the best silky textures I've had in a long time. Spice, caramel and a bit of smoke too... Gorgeous and enchanting. — 10 years ago
