Fantastiskt små och intensiva bubblor och en fräsch chardonnayfärg; häftig nästan bitsk men med finess fylld näsa av citrus, äpplen och mineraler; enorm syrarik smak där syran är med ända till den långa eftersmaken tar slut; smaken innehåller mer komponenter än jag kan fantisera ihop och mer än alla andra BdB jag provat tidigare. Slutsatsen är att trots sina 18 år är detta vin mycket ungt, ett barn, som förmodligen kommer bli en stor personlighet om ett par decennier.
