Huge slate and hint of petrol on the nose. Some vulcanized rubber. Some savory and gamey elements as well. Apple spice. Gorgeous and deep. Palate is clean, with a hint of sugar for sweetness and more importantly texture. Really compelling texture and so pure. Good freshness and good acidity. Lime, lemon, hint of honeysuckle. Gorgeous minerality. Just terrific. Long juicy finish.
